Backroad Barbecue Company was founded in 2019 as a Special Occasion and Event Catering Company that offers southern style barbecue cuisine. The Southern Pride mobile rotisserie smoker and wood fire barbecue create an authentic cooking style that is difficult to replicate and rare to find nearby on a regular basis. The selection of meats and proteins along with the side menu options create a southern comfort food experience that is brought to you in any location for any event.

"We first tried Backroad Barbeque Company at Father's Day for the Ribs & Pickerel dinner. I'm not a big rib eater, most of the time they are either too smokey or saucy but these are delicious. The smoke is subtle and adds to the flavor without overpowering the sauce. The sauce has a nice flavor without being too sweet. The pickerel was done to perfection. Nicely seasoned without overwhelming the fish. Generous proportions and friendly service."
